1. Service Description

Pluton provides AI-powered document automation software for fiduciaries and accountants, including document intake, validation, extraction, and workflow orchestration.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, ensuring uploaded documents comply with applicable laws, and using the service in compliance with all regulations.

3. Pricing and Payment

Fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Overage charges apply if you exceed your plan limits. All fees are non-refundable.

4. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data and documents. We claim no ownership over content you upload. We use data only to provide and improve our services.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pluton is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Upon termination, you will have 60 days to export your data.
